A former boss and good friend was a huge proponent of drinking copious amounts of green tea. I quickly learned the difference between the brown crap that comes in a green packet with a string hanging out and real green tea. He took great pride and care in steeping loose Sencha tea at specific temperature for a precise time. My boss claimed it gave him "creative inspiration!" I'm not so sure about the creativity part, but I can tell you the caffeine buzz was quite amazing! Quality green tea provides intence alertness without the jitters associated with coffee.
Hoppy California Pale Ales are among my favorite beers, but drinking heavy beer too early in the day can lead to what I discribe as the five-o'clock hangover. I wanted something refreshing to quinch my thirst mid-day and leave me with energy to enjoy my evening as well.
The Wide-eye P.A. was born. It is a light crisp beer infused with a generous dose of Seneca green tea and nicely balanced with a bright, but not overwhelming, citrus hop.

We do not currenly have the necessary licensing to sell beer. Ironically, there is no law against giving it away for free, so we are giving free beer to friends and enthusiasts to help gain recognition and build a loyal base of would-be future customers. Look for us at the conclusion of grassroots sports car events in the Southeast.
